When The Sun Runs Its Last Lap Poem by Ebuka Prince Okoroafor

When The Sun Runs Its Last Lap

When the sun runs its last lap
its thickest rays diffuse through scanty cloud clusters
darkness subtly evelopes
and a crystal star blazes

if the will to do good be the sun
then on its death, let it die like the sun
if the blazing star be its memoir
then on its wake, let it shine brighter than ever

Let the truth shine brighter than ever! Nice work.
