When Tomorrow Comes Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

When Tomorrow Comes

Rating: 3.5

Happy is she,
the one that can't yet see,
the troubles that lie ahead
That can't yet feel,
the pain that is waiting for her
That doesn't yet know,
that from tomorrow onwards
all the happiness that she feels right now
will belong to the past
For when tomorrow comes,
dark clouds will fill the sky
and all her happiness will be replaced
by times of sorrow and pain
For when tomorrow comes,
the one that she adores
will say goodbye
