When Words Fail - Poem by Waseem Sherif

my mind is hollowed by nothingness
feelings washed away by the infinite waves
taken to the deep ends of the mystical waters
leaving my lifeless meat rotting with aimless craves
yet the arm is grasping for hope under sandy covers

    Aloha Waseem...

In the spring... from vast and forever burning sands... with the rains coming... rises the potent purpose of the new year's grass... as with hope and a reaching arm... renewed life does arise eternally... a humble and most profound work of words... All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two
