When You Are Wordless When Sadness Traces

When you are wordless when sadness traces
No clear pattern on your windowpane
Where the trees grow crooked in the landscape
And scar the dream skies
I will whisper a benediction
Music will weep out of the clouds suddenly
The sun will dance across your inner sky
Though the world martials all the reasons why
You cannot break out into blossom
And the appled days elude you
Bye and bye disconsolate children cry
Finding no place in the alphabet primer to begin
There will be rain flooding the world with rainbows.
Again.
