Hope is forgotten,
And love is lost
Cheeks are sodden,
And feelings are sold at any cost.

Hate is released,
And hearts broken.
Affection is deceased,
And sour words are spoken.

Tears flow freely,
And lives are taken.
Zeal grows steely,
And compassion is forsaken.

Blood runs cold,
And eyes are closed.
The young turn old,
And the truth is undisclosed.

Each step I take,
And each breath I utter,
Each time i awake,
And each word I stutter,

It was all for you,
Until you left me,
I dont know what to do,
So I'll set my soul free.

I will use the blade,
And never again have to hear your lies,
Soon from you memories I will fade,
But I will never again be able to watch your beautiful eyes.
