Where Dark Waters Flow Poem by Marilyn Lott

Where Dark Waters Flow

Rating: 5.0

Amongst the trees and the flowers
You’ll find water dark and sweet
Nothing could be lovelier
Than where all of nature meets

A park as pure and as pristine
As one that I once saw
After the cold cold winter
And the ice began to thaw

The sound of it trickling down rocks
Fills my heart with such warmth
No matter how nature changes
During calm or raging storms

So whenever you have the chance
And find a park like this to go
Take the time, my friend, and enjoy
The place where dark waters flow!
