Where is a loved one's face?
Monday,26th April 2021

The mind rattles me more
the heart echoes to explore
where have they gone?
I look at the sky and heaven

the departed souls respond
and correspond with my heart
'were we not your closely knitted part'?
Yes, yes you were serving the humanitarian art

father's kind face appeared
mother's face appeared with a kind word
I prayed the lord
to grant me strength to look forward

wife's face appeared with sun's beam
she was part of my journey's team
smiling, caring and looking after
I thought' this was the loved one's face I sought after
