Where The Wind Never Poem by A.Z. McCoy

Where The Wind Never

Where the wind
Never cuts hollow
The sinking into land
of these days
Far away
So shallow to fruit
The night
In apologetic whispers
to its lover
Here, tree frogs mimic
and echo this
sorrow strung through
tree leaves that move
as one and dance
Until tomorrow
When the wind calls for autumn
