Where Were You Poem by Jamal Brown

Where Were You

Rating: 3.5

Tell me

Where were you when I

was calling your name from the firey

burning pits of hell.

Where my soul was tortured

and burning sulfer was all I smelled.

When I could'nt find Jesus' light. And against Satin

my weak, hungry body tried to fight.

Where cries could be heard from miles around

and my saviourJesus was nowhere to be found. Tell me

Where were you.

You said you would always be her for me, your hand I could always

hold. So tell me why I left this world so lonely and so

cold.
