Where You And Me Become We Poem by Brajendra Nath Mishra

Where You And Me Become We

Rating: 2.5

But I also want to write a poem for you.
I will stick it
on that part of your body
which I like most,
though all parts of your body are dearest to me,
more than my own.

I want to take advantage
Of your simplicity
I want to break my arrogance
And embrace your serenity.

But all this not to teach me,
Neither to preach me,
My moral lessons
And not to ruin my amorous sessions.

Where you and me
Me and you become we
And I prick your chest
With the nipples of my breast.

Where you make me feel
Where all my clothes peel
Off my body parts
Where journey to bliss starts

Where you embrace me
Take me in your arms
Where you make me feel
The sweater warms

Where you pierce me
To make me feel the sweetness of pain.
Where all my existence melts,
And amalgamates with you to become one.

Where you and me
And I and you, become we
Become we...become we...

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I have tried to convert into verse the feeling of real bliss in the romance when you are in bed with someone.
This is going to form a corner in my next book.
