Whichever way I turn my gaze,
Through the labyrinth of time and space,
In every whisper of the wind,
In every star that burns and fades,
I see only One—
O One, the soul of the world,
The thread that weaves through every tale,
The breath that animates the void.
Are these blossoms mere reflections of You,
Or are they truly You?
Is this world a dream, a fragrance,
A fleeting sigh upon the breeze,
Dissolving into nothingness?
Or is it a veil, a mist,
A shadow cast by Your eternal light?
No matter where my vision lingers,
In the depths of the ocean or the heights of the sky,
I see only One.
A thousand hues tremble in the air—
One here, one there,
Yet in their dance, they reveal only You.
The rose, the thorn, the nightingale's song,
The laughter of children, the tears of the lost—
All are but notes in the symphony of One.
Let me proclaim, without fear or veil,
These eyes are not my own,
But the vision You have granted.
These eyes do not see another's face,
For behind each form, each fleeting shape,
I see only One.
If this fragile ‘I' were to dissolve,
Would I be lost in a wilderness of illusions,
Or would I awaken to the truth—
That in every breath, in every pulse of life,
It is You alone who stirs within?
In every gathering and every solitude,
The heart weaves the tales of One.
He is the theme of love's poetry,
Whether sung by Shirin and Farhad,
Or whispered by Layla and Majnun—
Love, lover, and beloved—only One.
A desert vast, a verdant plain,
The river that surges through my veins,
The dawn, the dusk, the silent moon—
All are but the echoes of One.
The mountains rise, the valleys fall,
Yet in their stillness, they speak of You.
The storm that rages, the calm that soothes,
The fire that consumes, the ash that remains—
All are but the play of One.
May the moment never come
When my heart ceases to wonder,
When my soul forgets to see—
For in this world, is there only I
Who bears the burden of this truth?
Is it only I who still remembers
That beneath all names, all forms,
There is only One?
This world is not sustained by countless souls,
But by the breath of One alone.
Though the ritual of duality prevails,
I see only One.
O Beloved, who has known such grace,
Who has wandered so near, so close,
To glimpse the radiance of Your unity?
Who has beheld the veil lifting
To reveal—there is only One?
Who has tasted the wine of Your presence,
And felt the fire of Your love consume them whole?
Who has heard the silent hymn of the cosmos,
And known it to be Your voice?
In the silence of the night,
In the chaos of the day,
In the laughter and the sorrow,
In the birth and the decay,
I see only One.
O One, the beginning and the end,
The alpha and the omega,
The unseen and the seen,
The known and the unknown—
You are the essence of all that is,
And all that is not.
Let me be a mirror to Your light,
A vessel for Your love,
A witness to Your truth.
For in this world of endless forms,
In this dance of shadows and light,
I see only One.
