While Playinf Bingo Poem by michael Smajda

While Playinf Bingo

I met my wife playing bingo.
It was on a Saturday night.
To satisfy my eve's boredom,
I entered the church bingo site.

I sat down and starting playing,
Chancing never to win at all,
When a lovely lady near me
Said, "Here is my number, please call."

At first, I thought she was kidding.
But looking into her blue eyes,
Always winking, smiling at me,
She was serious to my surprise.

When the bingo game was over,
Though both of us parted our ways,
I called her up the next morning-
We've been wed since those bingo days.
