Whiskey and wild women,
When together, it's clear,
Is sought after by some,
Bad for others, I fear.

What starts out with a shot,
Downed with a kiss or two,
Ends with couple getting
More romantic, it's true.

Neither being sober,
Both drunk, feeling sublime,
Exchanging affections,
While mindless of time,
Not until morn daybreak
With hangovers, do awake,
Realize night's encounter
Was a terrible mistake.
