Whisper Poem by Jorelyn Leonard

Whisper

A breath escapes
Light brush of lips
Side of face burns
Goosebumps creeping
Red flush of cheeks
Eyes Averted

As words sink in
A nervous smile
Slight breath escapes
As the near touch
Leaves a whirlwind
Of wayward thoughts

I like this poem that depicts a light whisper in the ear from a love...you did a nice job of engaging the senses in your writing. Well done.
