Who Would You Rather Sleep With? Poem by Ramona Thompson

Who Would You Rather Sleep With?

Got a choice
A decision
Caught between a rock and a hard place
Wanna have my cake and eat hers too
But lover that ain't the way that we're gonna let it be
No, no, no
This time little boy is gonna be different
This time you have to choose
For now and forever
In your heart and in your bed
Who would you rather sleep with?
Me or her?

Time's growing short and so is our patience
Sick and tried of you and all your silly lover's games
Today we take a stand
Choose either one or the other
Me or her?
It's up to you
Cos honey we know for sure
You don't wanna be all alone
Without someone to hold and comfort you
In your darkest hour of need
For now and all the rest of your days
Tell me lover if you think that you can
Who would you rather sleep with?
Your wife or me, the other lover?

We both want you
We both love and adore you
But this is just too damm much
Too damm hard
Trapped inside of a endless tug of war
Never quite sure what the future is gonna hold
It's not doing any of us any good
Always taking but lover you're never giving
So that's why now the 2 great loves of your life have
have put our 2 pretty heads together and decided
On our own
It's time for you to either put up or shut up
It's time for you to make that one huge life-changing
decision
Your wife or your mistress?
Tonight and for every night to follow forever after
Who's it gonna be?
Who would you rather sleep with?
Her or me?

No more waiting
No more sneaking or creeping around
This time you have to decide
Once and for all
Are you her man or are you mine?
What do you....?
Who do you want?
Tell us and tell us now
No more jerking us around loverboy
Cos we're not your toys that you can play games with
We're not gonna take it anymore
You decide and you do it right this very moment
Man or woman?
Are you gay or are you straight?
The ball's in your court now to choose
Who do you really love?
Me or her?
Who would you rather sleep with tonight?

We'll be waiting for your answer......
