Why?do we always seem to
learn our most important
lessons too late
always trying toput
way too much upon our plate
knowing we don't really
want that much
Why?do we always try to
reach so far down
knowing all the time
we don't want to go
down that deep to touch
Why?are we always fumbling in the dark
when the light is so easy to see
Why?are we always trying to be something
knowing all the time
that its something that we don't really
want to beWhy?
