Why dream of tomorrow?
Yet it will not come;
For in the stream of time,
There are no breaks,
Of today, yesterday, and tomorrow;
In my Now the heaven's stardust,
Fills my life incessantly;
Each and every star upon the sky,
Wishing for me a brighter day;
Tomorrow will not arrive,
For it is only Now,
That is the reality;
Now is for those who believe,
In the running stream of time;
They are the ones who,
Live with hopes high;
The melody whistle blows,
For the lovers divine,
Who are expecting the sunrise,
In the starry moonlit night;
For night and day chase each other,
For those who live in Now;
But the dreamers will go on dreaming,
...like opium eaters for tomorrow's arrival;
Thus they will lose the sunshine in Now;
Let the dreamers wait in vain,
With closed eyes in their retreats,
For the next rise of the sun tomorrow,
That they'll never see.
