Why Me? - Poem by Bob and Alex Eichen

I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!
Yes, you can.
BUT, I DON'T WANT TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!
This isn't about you.
It's about the people you love.
Your children.
Your grandchildren.
THEN I JUST HAVE TO GO ON LIVING WITH THE PAIN?
Yes.
EVERYDAY?
Yes.
WHY ME?
Why any of us!

Ah! 'Tis true, 'tis true, we all come to it bye and bye.
