Eyes cry
Heart dies
Love no longer
Is alive

What went wrong
I don't know
Her caring for me
No longer shows

Did someone else
Steal her heart
Now with him
She's a part

Was it something
That was said
That's why love
Is now dead

Is it safe
To assume
My days ahead
Will fill with gloom

I loved her
With all my heart
Now she has
Torn it apart

I know in time
It will heal
So much better
I will feel

Time heals
All wounds they say
Will my wounds
Heal one day
