The road twists,
curving like a river that has forgotten its course,
wandering through hills that rise and fall
like quiet breath beneath the sky.
Trees lean in,
whispering secrets only the wind understands,
their branches tracing stories
no map could ever hold.
Each turn hides something new-
a house with a light in the window,
a stretch of open land where the horizon
meets the earth like an old promise.
The journey is neither straight nor certain,
but in the winding, in the slow unfolding,
there is something that feels like freedom.
