Wingless Birds/09: Ups And Downs Poem by Asit Kumar Sanyal

Wingless Birds/09: Ups And Downs

The bird eats ant when alive....
When dead, ants eat the bird
Bullock cart carries the boat in land
In water boat carries the bullock cart.

Million match sticks are made
From a full grown tree
And a stick can burn million trees
Made in the cottage industry.

Circumstances reverse without warning,
Giving individual no time
Do not devalue any one in life
Even it is not the crime.

You may be powerful today
But don't show anyone your arrow
The person you hurting today
You may require him tomorrow.
