Winter's reflection,
a mirror's gaze—
it shows the world
in its fading, dying phase.
The trees, like fallen soldiers,
bare and still,
a bittersweet reminder
that everything must taste death.
In winter's reflection,
I find a mix of melancholy
and unexpected ecstasy—
life's fleeting nature, on one hand,
its revival, on the other,
and the inevitable chill that lingers.
Yet, in winter's hue,
I find peace,
a quiet reminder
to cherish what comes
and to embrace the renewal
that winter's release promises.
