If I had a wish to dream
Then I would dream, a wish for you
Where stars are placed on gifts of love
Wrapped in silk like, blue

Sweet dreams I make, where others love
In stories created to unfold
Even though I have no heart to give
The need begins to grow

I am a spirit of the night
A wish that makes a dream
Desire formed into a vision
A thought, fulfilling needs

Although my being has no beginning
I exist within life's dreams
The enchantment made to grant a wish
Has given life to me

Some dreams may show a way thereafter
I am to be a life you leave
Somehow I've fallen deep in love
No 'Wish, ' should ever dream
