Withered And Wasted Poem by Joseph Cross

Withered And Wasted

Rating: 5.0

The love that I felt in so many ways,
The talks that we shared for so many days,
The feelings I had are no longer in place,
They are withered and wasted away.

The friends that I lost after moving again,
Not even a tear shed out of the pain,
For in my life it pours when it rains,
They are withered and wasted away.

All the times my heart was broken,
All the words I left unspoken,
Not one is left as a bitter token,
They are withered and wasted away.

All of the loved ones I have lost,
All of the pain I felt as a cost,
Just like a midwinter morning frost,
They are withered and wasted away.
