Woe Is Love Poem by reinalie jorolan

Woe Is Love

Rating: 4.0

Here she pulled the feathery strings of love
Hoping glory would pour from heavens above

From her little heart
sprung the oceans of care,
- with clouds of all clouds
beyond compare…

In her eyes, the heaven’s gate
opened so wide for him,
raising banners that only
say his name……

She pressed on and conquered bliss
That even heavens couldn’t keep its peace,

But he turned his back away
Casting her darkness and malady
Her soul called for him to stay
‘til tears all dried out bitterly…

Woe…oh woe….
The stars and the moon had never even cared
And these marvelous memories those moments had made,
Woe to cupid who played chaos to her head
And Woe is love that had gotten shared….

It's difficult when one has to say good-bye to the one they love. My belief is that one day we will meet again in a much better place and I believe we had here on earth, we take with us to our everlasting life. We must be patient, that's all that's required, our turn will come and we will join our loved ones and be truly happy, we will live in a blissful situation. Once again I loved your poem, an excellent poem by an excellent writer. Melvina
