Words are all that I have
Words that speak whats in my heart
Words will convey what I feel
Painting a picture with words, is an art

Words can hit where it hurts
Words evoke memories
Which we like to forget,
Words can lift our spirits in a moment
Console us when we are upset

Words can wound pierce like no other
Can be like a boat without a rudder
Choose carefully, use to please
Not to hurt
Let your words be warm and soft
Not abrupt or curt

Words are all that we have
Just a few can say it all
How you choose your words
Can make you stand proud and tall
