Your words haunt me
Because I became convicted
From one thing to do.
All the weirdest seasons
Surprised me into notification;
I don’t even know
Why the funeral was yesterday.
Indeed my life needs legislation,
I have got to go back to roots.
Sleep right there, raise the chin
And move eventually to sinfully act.
Your words haunt me
And my family.
