World poetry day and

What is poetry to poet?
presentation of calm and quiet verses
not hollow with content
but high spirit of mind's patent

heart cries
mind tries
to present in effective manner
as if ready to share pain and suffer

if human heart feels
for others at will
it doesn't kill conscience
but comes out in support at once

any kind of natural disaster
our heart feels pain and offers
some soothing words
and looks towards suffering world

poetry makes one to feel sad
and think humanly about the dead
who have laid down lives for the cause
it was not the path they chose

Let us observe silence
for all those who remained tense
and looked towards us through fence
and we poets rightly expressed in verses
