Worth Something Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Worth Something

Worth something

Nights and days may pass
Life may also last
But that laughter may echo my room
To feel elated with blossom

You were such a power
Real rainy shower
Bringing always some happiness
Lifting me up with smile on face

Mom was ideal woman
But you were real man
Looking after entire family
But always praying for good to an almighty

I feel bad when media report
With distorting news or something of that sort
I brush aside rumors
And stick to the views of major

I am grown up today
With all facilities and luxurious ways
My father missed all that for nothing
To make us worth of something

Worth Something
