2) Secretly, I would laugh at them because they were jealous that I had the beautiful girlfriend...and they didn't. She would tell me that they may have outer beauty, but you have inner beauty. And that's what's most important!

Both the poem and your notes are very witty. Woodbine Beach in Toronto had almost made a wreck out of me when I was in my late teens. The Hulks would laugh at me because I was skinny with absolutely no muscles.
