X Don’t Forget To Write Back Mum X

X Don’t forget to write back mum X

Dear mum
I told you I don’t want my life
I told you I can’t do this anymore
I admitted I don’t want to be here
I told you I was been bullied at school
I told you I had been beaten up
I told you I was been harassed after school
I admitted getting pregnant at a young age
I told you I need your help at times

But you didn’t listen to me
You said you’ll get through it
Or we all go through that darling
I promise you’ll feel better tomorrow morning
The next morning comes and I don’t feel any different
So mum when you wake up read this note
And if you want to see me and my body
My body and me have wondered off to Putney
Not to go shopping or gym to hang myself
Don’t take it personally it wasn’t you it was me
Pass on the word mum I love all 0f you
X form your eldest daughter Lisa X

This is so true Lisa... I can relate to what you are saying - most Moms seem to have the same reaction...great piece.
