and free to move on
Need to remain the grief
and fade to sprout again
You will bloom
like beautiful flowers
in the forest
You will shine
like a colorful rainbow
in the skies.

This kind of pain in my view/20 years of experience only comes once in a blue moon. Embracing it all until it is a part of your being in that while have always been my way. Yes it may look like some kind of masochism and boy does it hurt but it always makes me feel oh so alive.
