Yes, It Is Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Yes, It Is

Rating: 5.0

I thought of some purpose
I gave room to suppose
Some of the things were to be rooted out
Not a word was to be talked about

I thought of anger as first target
It was shaping and spoiling our fate
It was main cause for the discontentment
The real cause and bone of contention for bad comment

The next on agenda was hunger
Even politeness may appear in stranger
Especially when he is in need or hungry
We have no special treatment and feel sorry

Yes lust can be put in special watch list
The young age takes over from mind and insists
Love is pushed behind back and it is frontal attack
Good and beautiful face is the only stake

Self respect is best bet
Person, in all the cases has to set
With high tradition and customs
Else it won’t be liked by any one

So it is better if self restraint is applied
The truth is prevailed and never lied
Something good may come out of it
We all know for sure that “Yes it is “
