Yes, love will only come
If you let it rise,
For it is all from
Life's ways and surprise.
There is nothing strange to that
It is just in its day,
With a lot of what life's at
And has been okay.

You cannot know all life
Or what it means in terms,
It is a hardness strife
And what life to it learns.
For it is here to go
And give of what it must,
Whether it is fast or slow
It never is completely lost.

Yes, love will only be
What you want it to,
And if you cannot see
It will never be right for you.
For life is just up and a go
To wherever it must be,
You will never hardly know,
if you cannot tell and see.
