Yesterday Poem by kharon march

Yesterday

Rating: 5.0

Today I walked the path of life and rounded the corner of yesterday so that I might reminisce with those that I left to the fray.I thought it wise not to stray from the once familiar path lest I am confronted with the relics of memory's wrath. What beautiful recollections of youth, these gems of the mind must be proof of a life worth living at one point and time. Tears gleam in my eyes, without a father I was not taught to bare my teeth and hold back sorrowful cry's. My world is obscure no matter how it may seem, I am in insomniac unable to cast aside adversity and dream. I wish I could live one more day in the past we like to call yesterday.
