You And I Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

You And I

Amazed at Love's connection skills
Mocking distance, it can bloom still,
Of many random choices given
It's strange how hearts could have chosen.
As though it was written by destiny
We found each other, you and me.
Perhaps when Time at last surrenders
And the flesh, demised lies silent there,
What can't be ended soars the skies
Unbound by infinity, it never dies!
