I see you in the petal
Your head bent to the side
Looking in to the depth of my eyes;
I have nourished the grasses
And they have supple bends
When you fall to take you
Softly into their swings;
Even I have hung the pot
Away from the sun lest
It should feast on your
Soft pink frame and drop you
Colour less and charred;
You must fall slowly onto
My palm and sleep peacefully
On the bed of passion and love
To be awaken full and fresh.
Absolutely romantic. Lovely piece passionately penned from the heart. Thanks sharing Tiku.
