The dark is up there
stars sweep across a vague sky
full of light, you come

while the night so sleeps
across, the moon comes tonight
rolling into sight

while, only black clouds
sweep away the light of night
keeping you from sight

the night sweeps this way
stars come, full of your life's light
lighting the moon bright

and as your bright lights
the moon this night smiles alight
IAM bright tonight…

Your light makes me bright
this night, and all other nights
You, make all nights' light
