You Old Man Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

You Old Man

You old man
Monday,26th August 2019

"You old man" get lost
no place for you here at any cost
I was virtually on the road
homeless shaken bodily on the road

why children become intolerant?
and unwelcome parents
show them the door
and make them virtually destitute and poor

I have no regret
but let
my feeling be put in the air
to look reasonable and fair

who will not leave behind?
enough to live on and find
comfortable means to carry on
with the rest of life to put on

the wind is really blown
in the opposite direction
with the living hell
bear it in mind and not to reveal to anyone

this is a stark reality
and looks dirty
but it happens with old people
who really feel grieved and struggle

Why did you drive out Robert M Smith by defaming him in a heinous manner? You are the man to do so...the great conspirator! ! !

Empathize with your feelings. Really, children should realize that they themselves will one day become old. Thanks for the poignant read. Annapurna Sharma, Nellore, Aug 26,2019

True! This generation gap and feelings of youth for their parents are always same. The elderly hope, wait and put their fingers crossed for their kindness and love. How long this hope and trust will make the old tolerate? Nice concept and you've put forth all your ideas well, Sir! Padma, Khammam, Aug 26,2019 R
