You live your life amid the two
And at any moment of your life
Perched among their leanings
Between your deepest fears
And your highest aspirations
Your failures or successes, and
Your moral ascent or descent
Hangs on an emotional see-saw
And so you ascend or descend
Towards your strongest leanings
Choose which passion you nurture
And you have defined who you are
A moral upstanding or deprave man
