Your Sweet Ways Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Your Sweet Ways

How fast does an emotion travel?
Do you surrender to the green moss?
Physics needs beauty
I need you

Understanding transports a true kiss
My lust seems rootless
Can you give me history?
Pedigree with ancient roads

Top hats mean nothing to a flower
Laughter is deeper then a sea
A smile cannot be a theory
Academy of romance

Music plays by the heart
Candles in the quiet parlor
Poems like vines on a trellis
Wonder like a songbird

I miss you and your sweet ways

Your Sweet Ways
