In a country like ours, India,
..Lots and lots of vehicles of all varieties
Light and heavy vehicles, two wheelers
..And four wheelers registered everyday!

Once there were mud roads and streets,
..Nowadays lots of tar and cement roads
And highways with lots of turnings
..And continuous medians and kerbs!

The licensing authorities issue licenses
..And registration certificates and renewals
Without much of scrutinizing and restrictions;
..Hence the drivers are driving fast unscrupulously!

Young people with poor educational qualification
..And poor knowledge of traffic rules, sometimes
With inebriation create chaos and accidents
..Causing their own death and affect the pedestrians!
