Youthful Angel Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Youthful Angel

Shame; Shame alone, ole unforgiving creature
None so bold would have darkened the day
Currently during this lingering hour
It has become unfamiliar; Nae beyond a darkest way

Oh, youthful angel
Where might flight misplace thy fallen name
Wings spread upon warmer breezes
In thine I know shall never offer blame

Listen for the thunder before it rains
Breath the fragrance of the waters
This moment in time shall be remembered
Long after the forgotten words
