You can’t un-push the button.

When all hell breaks loose?
Will you be ready for the death,
The destruction and devastation?

You crawled out of the ground, vengeance on your mind,
Hoping to hurt the people, the people who left you behind.
The ground was firm, easy to grip,
Thinking of all the throats you would rip.

I saw you creeping around my house,
Being so quiet, like a mouse.
I wonder what you could be thinking,
I can’t think, I feel like sinking,

This hunger eats away at me.
Eating me from the inside,
Because I cannot feed from the outside.
