Take me away to a lovely place,
where the skies are dark and blue,
stars shining bright in the dark of night;
Take me away to a lovely place.
...

Lyrical persuasions of love in despair,
My sight holds my love ensnared,
The sullen look in my eyes they ask,
To my reflection in the mirror, why did you bask?
...

I'm in awe of the air I breathe,
the winds of intense-summer wreathes,
they blow over the hilltops so high,
to the limits of a seamless blue sky,
...

The rays of the sun are bleak,
I barely feel them on my face,
Following the rains that lashed my abode,
Sombre spirits brought in its wake.
...

Those beautiful sanpaku eyes, they peered at the world,
Not knowing the perils that spud from them;
Floating irises, three whites,
That girl, she wore them like a diadem.

The Lone Tulip

Peaks of heaven gathering darkness,
as night falls heavy upon the snow-still mountains,

Take Me Away To A Lovely Place

Take me away to a lovely place,
where the skies are dark and blue,
stars shining bright in the dark of night;
Take me away to a lovely place.

The blooms of jasmine on the hedges,
thick forest foliage on the edges,
moonlight glistering in the ravine,
silhouette of the mighty mountains gleam;
Take me away to a lovely place.

Waterfall cascades from atop the hill,
tender blades of grass woven in twill,
I stand barefoot, my soul is bare,
in rapt attention I stare,
Take me away to a lovely place.

A lonesome fowl separated from the brood,
wanders aimlessly and hoots,
determined to find his way,
in the thickest of woods, till the break of day,
I want to leave never,
stay here forever;
Take me away to a lovely place.
