I may not like what you say of me but if of me you speak the truth
Though the truth it can be hurtful if it is not spoken without ruth
The truth cannot defame me if of me the truth you say
And if the truth taints my character well that too is okay.

From lying your soul is in spiritual poverty
But the truth though hard to say will surely set you free
Of any sense of guilt you may possess
And lead you on the road to happiness,

Addictive behaviour it does seem keeps one in poverty,

For the man who does call a spade a spade
There will never be in his lifetime a street parade
And in his community he does not have one true friend
But on telling of the truth on him you can depend

I feel lucky in life in truth I can say
In the nice and kind people I meet every day
My faith in humanity they help to restore
Though the World of their sort is in need of more

Women can be the downfall of men those words i recall
Though in truth there is not any truth on this saying at all
Like women men for their own downfall must take the blame
And are fully responsible for their own shame

There has to be some truth in the saying one suppose
That the one with many friends is one not without foes
And though many good deeds you have been known for to do

When you find life such a great battle and you yourself not financially secure.

At the praises of others your ego inflate
When they tell you that you are special and than you none so great
And though you may feel that their words are very sincere
For you such patronizing nonsense might be best not to hear.
