Don't know what's real anymore.

Broken wings
ashamed to show
face hidden in shadow.

Did you really mean everything you said?
Was it all a lie?
Or was it just pretend?

I seem to live
Through my dreams.
My hopes and thoughts
Torn and ripped at the seams

Flight to the moon;
Stars close enough just reach out and touch.
I'll catch one
And bring it back just for you.

Our country has once again,
changed hands
to the 44th president.
