To My Friends, The Firemen

They are my second family
Very close to each other
We spend good times together
........As well as bad times

We laugh
We cry
We joke....even in the most dangerous situations
We enjoy every night at the station
We work hard and with pride....
With discipline and honor

We are soldiers
Fighting to save lifes
Fighting the fire
Fighting for one cause

Yes.....we are crazy
But we have hearts....
We have honor....
We have faith

Each time the alarm sounds
We run to our trucks....
Praying...to return alive
To return and be with our families...
With the ones we love

Our tears arent always of sadness
Yes.....sometimes those tears mean sadness....
Pain...But they can also mean happines
Happy to return and be together once more
Happy to form the big family we are
......Happy to form part of the firemen corps
