although were the same kind,
we're not always that kind,
we're just trapped in our minds,
tryin to avoid all the mines,
...
And her book of poems lulled her to sleep.
The whining, whimpering narratives of nature
and love.
That is not life, she knew, and you do too -
...
i'm young but i've lost hope
in they who blindly follow the pope
or walk society's tightrope
and do whatever they're told

The smell of the factory is exquisite.
The machine rolls on,
infinite.
The clamor of steel,

On the day they went to the field,
the sun was bright,
and the sky was free from clouds.
And they picked only the ripest,

His eyes-dark and red-rimmed-
sunk into his head-
belied his intent.
dopesick and devilish, his mind had played tricks,

I have so many things to say
and im adding more every day
as i look at our earth and the way
people sit and they pray
...
lively lovers lurk, loving
lavish lusty lives.
Loneliness looms.
Loners live life low,

Somethin To Say
although were the same kind,
we're not always that kind,
we're just trapped in our minds,
tryin to avoid all the mines,
we're depressed
and repressed
and suppressed
and oppressed
were cryin and dyin and nobody cares
and no one is there to hold back your hair
although we can touch,
we never can feel,
we just feel the peel,
like a lemon that squeals,
no one wants to dig deeper,
were all just asleep. 'Sleepers-
the program goes deeper! '
its not just our skin
gotta try to break in and break down the walls
and make sure they fall
then we can stop feelin small
or angry at all
and just be at peace
with our little piece
of earth
and our birth
and our short little lives
that don't even matter.
