Dhiren Doley Poems

From whence, untraceable
My heart became a post office
A letter everyday is stamped
To post to the address of yours;
...

Things fell apart
Time had run off
And the wall of humanity broken down
The soldiers have tied their saddles
...

A fetus, by mistake, was conceived
In my mom's womb-
To love you;
And tearing all the walls of birth pain
...

The Moon I Missed

The Sun asked me, ‘Are you happy’
I told ‘Not at all’
...

From far a mountain cleft
A broken voice came through the jungle wind
Probably a baby's cry
I was sleeping already
...

O…. you Moon
One night in the beginning of autumn
You came down with your beauty full
To the garden of rose
...

1.
She, all along the way, smiled, I thought
Heaven came down, joy filled my soul
Rejuvenated the nights cold, I was enthused
...

If you die in rain
I can set fire to the cloud
So that you live for me a thousand years
As you have lived;
...

I kissed the sky
The cloud melted and fell;
I touched the Moon
Darkness covered the atmosphere;
...

He steps out with a wilted heart
Asks everyone he greets in the streets
'Where can I learn to be selfish? '
They're mum, no reply
...

The street across your bosom
Not known who walks along
Will you allow me to spread a mat to rest
By the street you decorated beautifully
...

Pain, tears and despair
You're ornamented with all these
Sometimes, an unwilling smile half-bloom
And droops before you realize it; à-la-mortal
...

সাগৰক মিনতি কৰি আছিল;
...

All the blue colors in the heavens and seas
Turn black
The soft breezes become storms; storms of destruction
Everything seems collapsing and blowing; gone with the storm
...

It's like a seed
A night or two
In the warmth of the soil
In the silence of the night
...

Rolling down through the wild paths,
Pains, I forget
Rest, I don't desire
Ready to loss my shape
...

Sometimes swift and sometimes idle
The rivers look like hopeless while they flow
Only when they fall into the sea
We realize, they have indomitable desire
...

You glitter like star
I climb the mountain

Rainbow is omen of sunny days
...

Provocative words of your mouth
Pain in my heart
War is not a solution except its killing
Except it helping you winning elections
...

It's already a thousand miles I've traveled
Since my childhood
But definitely not my age which brought changes
I've seen color, emotions and relations changing
...

My Heart Is A Post Office

From whence, untraceable
My heart became a post office
A letter everyday is stamped
To post to the address of yours;
And every corner rugged mountain
Of letters unsent
